The Central Government of India has made e-filing of the patent applications mandatory (by suitably amending the Patent rules) in order to make the patent filing system lucid, efficient and accurate. It is a decent reform, I must say. But for those who find difficulties and perplexities on e- filing system , the government has set up assistance at all major patent offices across the country.
