Patent Exam 2011
Hey folks, did any one happen to appear for the patent agent exam this year on Jan 15, 2011. Well I got a chance to see the paper and can sum up about the same. Starting from the first section Paper Ist , It as usual started with the objective multiple choice questions. Well the questions this year were ok but i must tell you they were enough to boggle your minds. There were about 15 multiple choice questions carrying 2 marks each.
The paper says:
if the right answer to question 1 is "C"only write "C" and if question 1 has two right answers you must indicate for e.g. "B and C". Now my point is that in those 30 questions this year I felt there were couple of questions which I find , got more than two correct answers and for what we aren't given any choice in the paper. I hope next year the paper setter resolve such issues and can relax the already burdened brains.
Now Paper 2 was as usual based on patent drafting and specification and was fair enough for most of the students.
