In this fast moving globe of today, have you ever wondered that even an idea is your property. It is generated out of those years of your quest, hard work and hard labor. What will happen if someone rides your idea. Can you sue him, Can you! The Answer is a big YES. You have every right to protect your mind property which is termed as Intellectual property. Intellectual property can be in the form of Patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial design etc. In due course, I will discuss about the current scenario globally as well as in India regarding the intellectual property.
